Besides the curation of music, over here at RCRD LBL we’ve got a love of the visual.
We’d like to welcome you to our new series ART // MUSIC. We’re going to be pairing our favorite tracks with pieces of visual art from anyone from established, celebrated artists to new up-and-comers in design, photography, fine arts, etc. Basically anything that strikes our fancy.
Candy for the eyes and ears!
Our first feature is a photograph by Sara Naim which we’ve paired with Tycho’s Dive(Memoryhouse Remix).
Tycho(Scott Hanson)’s stuttering beats and swirling melodies create the perfect backdrop for this mysteriously surreal landscape. Just want to sink into that dark blue and look up at a smoky pink sky.
